Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding appointments: Cancellation Notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or fail to provide sufficient notice, a $25 no-show fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. This information is securely stored and only used in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
