Maggie Bell is a Registered Dietitian and Registered Nurse with a decade plus of experience.  

Maggie initially started her career as a Registered Dietitian, but two years in, she realized she had a desire to help more people and increase her knowledge.  She has worked in the Intensive Care Unit the majority of her nursing career.  

Unfortunately in the Critical Care setting, many people are fighting for their lives and are not able to receive and implement the information that they need in order to live healthier lives.  That is the idea behind Maggie Bell: Nutrition and Wellness--help people now, while they are able and willing to be helped. 



God has given us everything that we need pertaining to life and godliness (II Peter 1:3).  When you read this scripture, what does it mean to you?  To me personally, it means that God has given us the tools that we need to live an abundant life on this earth-spiritually, physically, and mentally.  

God has provided us with whole, natural, and unprocessed foods to fuel our bodies.  However, due to technological advances and the growing trend of convenience, there are many options available to us that are not conducive to a healthy life.  As a result, we have seen an emergence of obesity and devastating diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and coronary artery disease-just to name a few.  Initially these diseases only affected older adults, but we are now seeing these disease processes in children.
